| What is condensation? |
The ability of air to hold water vapour varies with the air temperature and the amount of water in the air. Condensation will occur when the warm moist air meets a cold surface that causes the air to drop to a temperature below its dew point.

| What are the effects of condensation? |
The most obvious visible effect of condensation is the appearance of moisture on windows and other cold impervious surfaces, whilst irritating, this water can be easily removed.
