Ducts

The Rega range of flexible ducts is available in diameters from 22mm to 550mm, within this range any diameter may be produced to meet customers specific requirements. The tubes are produced from aluminium or stainless steel. Factory insulated ducts are available with 25mm or 50mm of insulation.

Using perforated inner tubes Regaduct Acoustic and Regatenuators provide a high degree of sound absorption in the duct system. The ducts are available with 25, 50 or 75mm thicknesses of high density acoustic insulation and may be supplied in lengths up to 5 metres for cutting to length on site, or factory cut to length with spigot end terminations ready to install.

Aluminium Bendable Ducts

Produced from a corrugated aluminium strip bendable ducts are the ideal system for most HRV duct installations. Supplied in 4 metre lengths, compressed to 1 metre for transit the ducts are easily formed by hand to bends and offsets. They are self supporting over long spans to provide straight runs with minimum air flow resistance.

Acoustic Ducts

Manufactured from the basic aluminium duct, the tube is perforated and lagged with a mineral wool jacket which is encased in a aluminium/polyester outer casing. This tube combines thermal and acoustic insulation to prevent heat loss and noise from travelling through the duct system.

Rectangular PVC Ducts

For use in confined situation such as vertical drops through stud walls or between roof trusses rectangular ducts are used to ease the problem of concealing duct runs through the first floor to ground. Two sizes of duct are available 200mm x 60mm and 110mm x 54mm to suit differing air flow requirements. Complete with a range of bends, tees and adaptors.

Lowline Galvanised Steel Duct

Measuring only 25mm deep lowline duct is available in widths of 225mm and 300mm. This duct is designed for use in flat where concealing any other form of duct is virtually impossible. With lowline duct 25mm battens are fixed to the ceiling the duct runs installed and the surface covered with a new plaster board ceiling. A complete duct system can be installed with less than 50mm of room height lost.

Galvanised Steel Spiral Duct

Used in exposed situation spiral duct is strong and resistant to damage without the need for boxing in. Used with pressed steel bend and adaptors for changes of direction and connection to outlets.
